The sliding knot bracelets are adjustable by sliding the knots. The largest they open is approximately 11” which should be large enough to slide over your hand. Once over your hand you can slide the knots back towards each other to tighten around your wrist. The link below will guide you to a video tutorial.
As with all bracelets, it helps to have someone help you put it on as you only have one hand which can reach the other wrist but they are more than doable by yourself. The link below will guide you to a video tutorial of how to put on and take off the bracelets by yourself.
